I’m not the biggest fan of spiders but there’s one who I feel really sorry for who lives in the corner of our kitchen. After hours of labour building a tiny delicate web, Tali comes along and gobbles the whole thing up. She loves the stuff and seemingly knows exactly when to go back for another helping… Poor little spider.

Dress up request: This may have already been done (I hope not), but could you please draw yourself & Tali as if you were Sailor Moon characters? Thank you! ^_^ byivegotathingforgoalies
I am still making my way through the dress up requests that I receive even if it’s taking me a lot longer than originally expected so apologies for the delay! When doing this Sailor Moon piece, not being a viewer of the show I had to Google ‘Sailor Moon men’ to see who I could be drawn as. There were a ton of dudes dressed as the girls so I figured I had no choice really…

Here it is, the final page of Princess. I hope you’ve enjoyed the comic and if you’d like a hardcopy version then head on over to my shop.

We’ve all heard the expression about waking up on the wrong side of the bed but what about waking up to the wrong side of a cat? I’d argue that’s much worse.
I’ve been doing a lot more digital illustration recently so thought I’d record from the (almost) start to completion. The image was for an article in Cats Protection’s The Cat magazine about the importance of microchipping. Apologies for the slightly dodgy recording but I think the screen capture was set to zoom or something.

The penultimate page of Princess

When I first discovered a little stain at the foot of the bed my initial feelings where that of shame and disgust. Then I realised that Tali was to blame with her drooly dreaming and weirdly I wasn’t as bothered. I’m just thankful Tali has her own blanket down there for just such an occasion.

A silly little comic about real love between Pokemon fans.

Today, February 12, sees three noteworthy events all rolled into one day. Here in the UK it’s Shrove Tuesday or Pancake day as it’s also known and in the US you guys have Abraham Lincoln’s birthday coupled with Mardi Gras. So, naturally, I give you myself and Tali sporting Lincoln’s trademark hat and beard, with me flashing for beads and Tali tossing a pancake. What else could I have drawn?

That’s the last time I try and beat Tali at a staring contest…

It’s okay! It’s not his blood (Phew)

I started to take part in the hourly comic day last Friday (Feb 1st) but other commitments got in the way leaving me with more of a hourly comic half day. But this year I was trying something a bit different and documenting what Tali gets up to for each hour. Needles to say, being a cat it isn’t a great deal but it is very cute. So I spent the weekend working on turning what was a set of hourly comics into a small mini-comic called Tali, a day in her life. It’s not quite ready yet but above is a work in progress example to make up for a lack of diary comic today (I’ve been insanely busy recently!). Enjoy and feel free to add your own colours if you so wish, just remember to send me a copy!

I had to illustrate a small filler piece for an article about cats living in an open prison in The Cat magazine and this idea popped straight into my head. After sketching down a few other concepts, i decided to go back to my first idea and was glad that I did, the tattoos have come out really nice!

Hey, look what came in the post today, it’s my series of Love Cats cards! You can buy them from my shop if you’re looking for a card for a certain occasion in about two weeks…
