I only skimmed her tail but still, I felt super bad about it. Should have re-thought my apology though.
So, World Cat Day has been and gone but - and I know this sounds like a terrible cliché but it’s true - everyday in our house we celebrate cats. Or rather one very spoilt cat.
Tali doesn’t mind what she uses for a pillow. As long as it’s something of mine it seems.
Every time. Every damn time.
Tali is the only cat I have known that actually loves watching thunder and lightening. Whereas I crap myself.
Reality sucks. I’m happy living in a dream world.
It’s that time of year again when Tali moults an inexplicable amount of hair and everyone else suffers the consequences.
So it turns out that Tali isn’t a fan of the baby monitor.

So, rather than choosing the soft, comfy cat bed, Tali has taken to sleeping next to it, smooshing herself up against her scratch post. I will never understand that cat.
I’m not even ashamed to admit it either.
Cats can be a great source of comfort when you’re ill. They can also be an utter pain in the butt.
