So, I wasn’t being completely honest last Monday with my comic about Tali slowly shredding the sofa. It may have something to do with me playing with her and encouraging her to use the sofa as her toy… Oops…
It’s been a very long time coming but after months of hard work, my new mini-comic is finished! Protocol is a story following two crew members onboard a research ship somewhere in the galaxy. It’s my first foray into one of my favourite genres, Sci-Fi, and hopefully won’t be the last. I’m hesitant to give too much information for fear it would spoil the story but I will say it’s my biggest comic to date - 56 pages!

When we first got our new sofa we were pretty strict with Tali if ever she started to scratch or climb up the arms. As time went on, we became less and less bothered…
The weather has been great recently which means no more excuses, I have to start regularly cutting the grass. If I could, I’d leave Tali to do it however as this limerick shows, that would be unpleasant for all concerned.
Poor Tali. Damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t.
I’ve never known a cat to be so anal about boxes as Tali. Previous cats I’ve owned have all loved boxes regardless of size or quality but Tali, she has more refined tastes.
There’s a skill to fussing a cat. It’s knowing when to stop. When enough’s enough. And when you cross the line between being mad about cats and utterly insane.
Serves me right I guess. On so many levels…
Whenever I see some kind of promotion for cat food that states it has ‘extra gravy’ I can only imagine the amount of food bowls licked clean of gravy, skilfully leaving only the meat. Usually all over the floor too.

An excellent suggestion! Alongside Gravity Falls and Adventure Time, Regular Show is one of those kids’ TV programmes that I’m not ashamed of saying I watch. Come to think of it, I’,m not ashamed of saying I watch any kids’ TV show. Or film. Or comic. Wait… am I still a kid?!
Over the weekend my wife was feeling pretty rough with little help from medicinal sources. However, when Tali cuddled up to her as she slept, that appeared to ease the pain. Who would have thought all she needed was a dose of Tali-cetamol?
You’d have thought I’d learnt my lesson last time with Tali’s disinterest to play my silly games. You were wrong.
I’m not the biggest fan of spiders but there’s one who I feel really sorry for who lives in the corner of our kitchen. After hours of labour building a tiny delicate web, Tali comes along and gobbles the whole thing up. She loves the stuff and seemingly knows exactly when to go back for another helping… Poor little spider.

I am still making my way through the dress up requests that I receive even if it’s taking me a lot longer than originally expected so apologies for the delay! When doing this Sailor Moon piece, not being a viewer of the show I had to Google ‘Sailor Moon men’ to see who I could be drawn as. There were a ton of dudes dressed as the girls so I figured I had no choice really…
We’ve all heard the expression about waking up on the wrong side of the bed but what about waking up to the wrong side of a cat? I’d argue that’s much worse.
